Absolutely nothing but goodness. It isn't overly salty, which is nice. If I want soy sauce I'll use it, but most of the time I just want flavor. It also doesn't have onion powder in it; I have a friend who is very allergic to onions.

I'm feeling very tempted to order some right now, the price doesn't look too bad.
