Oddlabs does not condone abusive behavior on the multiplayer server and take action if a user abuses another user. This action could be a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban.
Definition
By abusive behavior, we mean when someone tries to annoy other users through spaming/flooding or other means, or when someone constantly addresses another user with harsh language, personal attacks or anything offensive.
Quotes
In order to take action, we need to find evidence of their abusive behavior in the chat room logs. These logs are very large so we can't just read through them. If you want us to look into something we need to have a quote from the chat room so we have something to search for.
Self control
Oddlabs takes abuse seriously, but we also believe that people can take care of them selves to some extent. This means that we do not intend to take action when someone says a single bad thing out of rage and then stops. We also encourage people to be calm and not return the abuse. We punish equally hard no matter who started the abuse!
What to do
If you have a complaint that you seriously think we will define as abusive according to the above description, then send an email to
support@oddlabs.com and write who you are complaining about and a quote or two from the chat room.
