please help i am a member and i had my registration key sent to carlile5@verizon.net which was my internet provider and i switched internet provider to charter and i forgot to change over the email for you guys but they canceled the email account because i canceled there service and now i cant get my registration key

Please email the same request to support@oddlabs.com and include the last 4 digits of the credit card used to buy it. Then I will change the email address and send you the registration key.

That is one of the worst things i bought it with an american express 100 dollar gift card christmas eve at 2 in the morning check your records and you will see i am telling the truth

same thing here its makin me type in my code again and the email i used deleted awhile ago and gotta new one but i used a gift card to buy in july 14th 07 and i dont got thecard anymore

Please email support@oddlabs.com with the name and address used to buy the game.

Also include the old email address and the new so I know what to change it to.

I don't know but i sent email today i hope i get reply. I have a problem like yours i was playing back in '06 but we had to rebuild comp and it got uninstalled so we didnt have game anymore and i couldnt get code because the email lost code thing didnt have our email in it.

Like most people in the business, we don't work in the weekend, so that is why there was no response. I was on vacation last week, so I haven't handled the case. If you still have not gotten a reply, then please let me know.

I have the same exact problem as this person at the "Need Help" topic. I sent an e-mail before reading this, and instead of putting the last 4 digits of the credit card I used, I put my account information (Where I live, my whole name). Is there anything I can do? Should I send another e-mail with the last 4 digits of my credit card number?
