Where would one find the update? I've purchased the full version (and almost beat the campaign- only 2 islands left.) But I'd love to come online and play in a fun environment.

How do I get that option?

No- I have "Single Player," "Campaign," and "Tutorial" then Options and Exit. There is no Multiplayer option. How do I get that?

I think you may have a different version or something, I suggest deleting it and downloading the one here:

Hi guys

I originally purchased Trib.Trouble via Bigfishgames.com

I have my activation code. But I'm scared that if I reinstall, that activation code won't work with the version I download from here.

Could someone please advise before I uninstall?

Kerry

The version sold on Big Fish Games does not support multiplayer. It was not possible to do so with their registration system. The registration key you received from them will not work with our installer.

Wow. That seems really unfair.

WHAT?!

I paid the same price as if I purchased through you!

That is a HUGE Rip off.

There is nothing on this site that I can find that tells me that. There is nothing on Bigfishgames.com that tells me that.

When I buy from big fish, it indicates that I am buying the "Full version" which si what you sell- therefore it seems to me that it is false advertising.

Just to make it clear, It says nowhere in the Big Fish site that the game is including multiplayer, and their demo is completely unlocked with only a time limit, and it shows no multiplayer option.

I understand that this seems unfair, but it is not because we want to rip people off. We spent a very long time trying to make multiplayer work with their DRM system, but when it turned out that it wasn't possible, we agreed that the standard Big Fish customer probably wouldn't care about multiplayer, so we agreed to just cut it out. We figured that if people even knew about the multiplayer part, it would be because they had looked on our page and would therefore buy it there.
And true enough, from the hundreds of sales, we have only had this complaint. Of course we take this kind of complaint seriously, so please send your receipt to support_AT_oddlabs_DOT_com and I will take care of the problem.

And by "Take care of the problem" do you mean offering me the multiplayer version? Or do you mean giving me a refund?

And might i add that it says "FULL UNLIMITED VERSION" of the game at bigfishgames.com -- That indicates that I am purchasing the same game on that site as anywhere else.

Just because the screenshots dont' show multiplayer doesn't mean ANYTHING. MANY of their demos keep certain screen shots reserved unti the full version is purchased. It doesn't mean anything that they did not mention multi player on their site. Don't consider your customers to be stupid.

I did not find out about the multi player version until I visited the forum for hints, game play ideas, etc. Bubt by that time I had already paid for my version. The fact that I'm the first complaint doesn't mean I'm the ONLY complaint. Perhaps just the only one brave enough to stand up for what is right.

It was unfair, he offered to take care of it. Just shoot them an email.
