tried to send an email to support@oddlabs.com from my yahoo email account but it bounced back. does oddlabs not receive emails from web based email services?

i been trying to send them emails to and they always bounce back so thats why i just joined the forum

We use google apps to host our email accounts so I doubt very much that anything bounces if the correct address has been used.
