I'm not sure if anyone else on here is strange enough to take pictures of food they order when they're traveling, but I am. Sometime I'll get around to digging out pictures I took when I went to Europe four years ago, but for now I'm posting the most amazing vegetable yakisoba dish ever.

You're not European? And that looks like a pig has gotten it's guts pulled out through it's mouth.

Oh, right, I'd forgotten you're the person who hates Asian food. Yakisoba is made with wheat noodles similar to ramen. It's then flavored with a sauce, and then vegetables (and in some cases, pork) are mixed in. The only gross part of it is the mushrooms, which have already been piled off to one side. They strongly resemble slugs in both appearance and texture, so I can't bring myself to eat them.

No, I'm from the Southeast US.

I'm thinking you need to photoshop those mushrooms outta there... they look like they're regrouping for another attack on your meal

I'll try to get a better picture when I'm up there. I'll probably go there several times when I'm visiting my boyfriend, and I should be able to get a picture of the salad that comes with it. It has the most amazing ginger dressing. Mmm... add in some tempura fried vegetables and an avocado roll and it can't be beat.

Snype! I'm mortally offended. You just insulted my baby! Well, he is't a baby anymore, he's thirteen this month. Sigh... it looked better full screen, such a small picture loses the look. I wish these avatars could be a bit bigger. Alright, I'll change it back to the other kitty. He liked posing much more. So cynical.

Gutz, I don't know about this being such a nice forum. Snype's been insulting my food and cats, and I'm posting a random plate of sushi I made awhile back just to annoy him.
