At 7:30 am central time on june 14th 2010, i went in chain and in a couple minutes ayoos came in to the room (With sam already in there) and they started talking in phonetic or some heiroglyph language... do not know if this is against rules or not, but i dnt know so im just throwing it out there! here is some of what they said...

Rocket, that's really ignorant of you. Not everyone speaks English, how could it possibly be against the rules for a person to communicate in his/her native tongue? To even suggest that it may be against the rules, just because you can't understand it, is ridiculous. If you really must know what they said, copy and paste it into an online translator (try google, but there are others). FYI: they're speaking Arabic.

It looks like arabic, which would be read right to left.

But even so, just as Dak said, it is somewhat racist to question whether speaking in one's home language on a game is against the rules. I guess it could be acceptable to let you off the hook for this one once, but it was still a pretty stupid thing to ask.
