What he's trying to say is:

When I start the game, I get an error message that says
"the game was unable to start. would you like oddlabs support to fix this problem ?"

There is an explanation for a Windows XP but I have a Windows 7, and there is no explanation for that one.

What do I have to do to play on the pc??

Visiting Chjeftain does not know English well, so I did the favor of cleaning up what he was trying to say.

It is most likely a matter of updating your drivers, and even though the guidelines for updating the video card are based on Windows XP, they should be pretty much the same for all supported versions of Windows. If there is some specific part you have a problem with, please ask about that.
